The Congress party on Thursday appointed former MLA Ajay Rai as the chief of the party’s U.P. unit & Randeep Surjewala as general secretary in-charge of poll-bound M.P. Also, Mukul Wasnik has been appointed as general secretary in-charge of Gujarat.
